Rethink AI builds the operating systems professional services firms run on. Business strategy first, technology second — every product ships against a commercial outcome. Revenue, margin, cost to serve, retention. If it doesn't move one, we don't build it.

We're small. We hire slowly. The people here run their own work end-to-end and the team is small enough that every person changes it.
